Besraya to undergo scheduled road maintenance until Nov 30 – lane closures to be carried out in stages

Besraya Sdn Bhd has announced it will carry out scheduled road maintenance works along the Sungai Besi Expressway from June 3 to November 30 this year, reports Bernama.

During this period, lane closures will be carried out in stages in both directions of the highway. These include stretches between KM0.1 and KM21.9, KMB0.0 and KMB0.8, KMS0.0 and KMS2.2 as well as KMP0.0 and KMP3.3. The maintenance works will be carried out nightly from 10pm to 6am, and includes road resurfacing and line marking.

“We will also ensure that traffic updates and lane closure information at the affected locations are continuously communicated to the public through electronic signboards along the highway. Highway users are advised to comply with all instructions displayed on the signs,” the highway concessionaire said.

It added that the Malaysian Highway Authority will provide support for the maintenance works and apologised to road users for any inconvenience caused.
