Alleged specs of the Apple iPhone Fold appeared, and they’re looking juicy

The information has been relayed by @Jukanlosreve, a tipster. If you check out the image below, you’ll see the comparison between some alleged specs of Apple’s foldable, with the likes of the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold 7, Galaxy Z Fold SE, and Huawei Mate XT.

Based on this info, the iPhone Fold will be fueled by the Apple S20 Pro SoC. That is Apple’s chip, which is expected to debut in the second half of 2026. Apple’s in-house C2 modem is also mentioned here.

This spec list notes that the phone will include 12GB of RAM and be available in 256GB, 512GB, and 1TB storage flavors. Its alleged cameras are also mentioned, as two 48-megapixel snappers are listed here.

It will have a notably smaller cover display than its competitors

The device will allegedly include a 7.8-inch main display and a 5.5-inch cover screen. When folded, the iPhone Fold is said to be between 9 and 9.5mm thick, while when unfolded, it will be between 4.5 and 4.8mm thick.

That’s basically everything that is mentioned here. The list does indicate that the phone is expected to launch in the second half of 2026. It will most likely arrive alongside the iPhone 18 series in September next year.

Regarding its price, different sources have reported different information. The latest of which suggested that the phone will cost around $1,800. The previous info claimed the price will be between $2,000 and $2,400. Either way, it will be a pricey piece of technology, that’s for sure.
