The Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra is coming later this month, and its key specs have just been shared by a trusted source. The information comes from Roland Quandt, who shared it via Bluesky.

A trusted source just shared the Galaxy S25 Ultra’s key specs

Do note that most of this we already knew based on previous information, but there are some new tidbits here. On top of that, this post more or less confirms what we’ve heard previously. Roland Quandt is usually spot on with such info.

Now, even though this information is based on a European Galaxy S25 Ultra model, the details will likely be the same elsewhere too. The RAM + storage models could differ a bit, though.

The Snapdragon 8 Elite will fuel the company’s new flagship

The Snapdragon 8 Elite will fuel the device. That chip will actually fuel all upcoming Galaxy S25 models, globally. Samsung will not use two processors, it will stick with only Qualcomm’s most powerful.

A Dynamic LTPO AMOLED 2X display will also be used here. That display offers an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz and supports HDR10+ content. Its peak brightness is at 2,600 nits, and it will be flat.

The Galaxy S25 Ultra will arrive in 12GB and 16GB RAM variants. The 12GB RAM model will be paired with 256GB of storage. The 16GB RAM model will be available in combo with 512GB and 1TB of storage. That could vary from one market to the next, though. Samsung is expected to use LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.0 flash storage, by the way.

25W wireless charging will be on offer, along with 45W wired charging

This smartphone will support 45W wired, 25W Qi2/PMA wireless charging. It will measure 162.8 x 77.6 x 8.2mm, and it will weigh 219 grams. The phone will be made out of titanium and glass most likely, though that detail is not mentioned here.

Something else that Roland Quandt didn’t mention is that Android 15 will come pre-installed, along with One UI 7. The entire Galaxy S25 series will become official on January 22, the company has confirmed. If you’d like to know more about the Galaxy S25 Ultra, check out our preview.
