LIVE: Senate Blue Ribbon hearing on flood control scheme

MANILA, Philippines — The Senate Blue Ribbon Committee reopened its hearing on the flood control controversy on Monday, June 8, now under the leadership of Sen. Erwin Tulfo, after the June 13 shakeup that removed the Sen. Alan Peter Cayetano-led bloc's chairships.

The hearing proceeds without lawyer Levi Baligod and the 18 accusers behind the P805-billion kickback claims.
