Four stabbed at Amsterdam Centraal train station; Suspect arrested

Four people were injured in a stabbing at Amsterdam Centraal train station on Saturday, NOS reports. Emergency service responded at around 19:30 p.m. The suspect was also among the injured and was arrested by the police after first being taken to a hospital.

One more victim was also taken to the hospital. The severity of the injuries is unknown, police told NU.nl. However, they are said to at least not be life-threatening.

The identities of those involved or the exact motive are unknown, police told the newspaper. Police report that they suspect that the stabbing followed an argument and a fight.

NU.nl also said that a TikTok livestream, possibly showing the events, is circulating online. The video could be from the suspect themselves, the newspaper alleges. However, the police could not comment.
