Donald Trump is eyeing Hollywood for his next round of tariffs, threatening to levy all films produced outside the U.S. at a steep rate of 100%.

United States President Donald Trump announced immediate 100% tariffs on any and all movies produced on foreign lands.

President Donald Trump responded to the continuing flight of movie production to other countries by floating a 100 percent tariff on films made outside the U.S. Many in Hollywood and elsewhere are not responding with gratitude but are, instead, lashing out at Trump's proposal.

White House spokesperson Kush Desai said on Monday that the administration is exploring options to deliver Trump’s directive and ‘make Hollywood great again”.

All movies that are produced outside the United States of America will be hit with a 100% tariff.

"Hollywood, and many other areas within the U.S.A., are being devastated. This is a concerted effort by other Nations and, therefore, a National Security threat." said Trump.
